Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
Boys & Girls Aid has recently received accreditation for a period of three years by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, for the following program services: legal permanency (adoption), respite services, and group home care (Safe Place for Youth and Pettygrove House).

In notifying the agency in April, CARF President/CEO Brian Boon, Ph.D. stated, “This achievement is an indication of your organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served. Services, personnel, and documentation clearly indicate an established pattern of practice excellence.”
