Welcome to Special Needs Adoption
Somewhere in Oregon a child is waiting for you.

Special Needs children are foster children of varying ages and ethnicity waiting to be adopted by special families like yours. Due to backgrounds of neglect or abuse, some may have cognitive, physical, or emotional delays or disabilities.

We help you every step of the way
Our experienced and compassionate staff can offer you all the support you need to find the very best match, whether you are adopting a single child or a sibling group. Our help includes orientations, a home study, and ample training to better understand your adopted child and be a successful adoptive parent. After adoption, your family will receive ongoing support, education, and referrals whenever you need them.
